Hi, I just purchased a desktop subscription, after using the trial. It say it’s active, but when I follow the steps and try to log in, it just says “There is no license for Storyboarrd Pro in your account” Any advice? Thank you!! (also i contacted support, but their hours are only on weekdays, and I need to use it this weekend)
Try returning the trial license (even if it has expired)
