I got Toon Boom Studio 8.1, but it turns out it couldn’t work on my computer. Is there a way to get my money back?
This is just a forum for users. It is Toon Boom’s call as to whether you can get your money back. They might offer an earlier version compatible with your system.
I was uncertain what could run on my original system. TB offered an earlier version. Before making a purchase, I downloaded and experimented with the trial versions and discovered I could run everything (I didn’t try Harmony) even though my system did not meet the minimum requirements. I ended up buying the highest level of software I could justify at the time, Animate Pro 3.
