Workspaces and vertically arranged displays

I recently rearranged my displays so that my Cintiq 12WX is the bottom display and Macbook is the top. I like to maximize my drawing area, so I usually work with the timeline on the secondary monitor. I’ve tried setting up a workspace with the timeline in the top display and it stays there until I quit. But when I relaunch Animate, the timeline ends up back in the bottom display and the title bar is positioned behind the Mac menu bar so that it’s difficult to drag back to where it’s supposed to be. I never had an issue with workspaces when my displays were arranged horizontally. Does Animate have problems with vertically arranged displays? Is there a fix for this?

I’m using Animate 2 Build 7.9.0 on a Mac running OS 10.6.8. I use my Cintiq 12WX as the primary display on the bottom and the Macbook Pro display as the secondary display on top.
