Windows 10 cannot create new scene

Hello,
I’m trying to use the Harmony Premium trial, to take a look and get started on the animation universe, so I installed, activated my trial, and when I click on create new scene, the Harmony just stop working. I’m using the windows 10.
When I looked in the windows event viewer, there was saying that was some problem with the clang_copiler.dll or something like this.
I tried lots of different things but no success.

Does anyone know how to fix?

Some software you installed on the computer also installed a C language SDK
which has libraries that conflict with Harmony. The simple fix is to just rename
the Clang compiler folder in the program files X86 folder.
