I placed an order for Toon Boom Studio on November 7th but have heard nothing since. I called over a week ago and was told I would get an email that day with a link to download the product, but I didn’t get anything. I have sent emails and have had no response and it has been several days since I sent the last one. This is horribly frustrating! Is this a real company? >:( What do I have to do to get this product? Or should I just try to find something better?
