I want to create a show, but I have the trial version of Toon Boom Animation Studio 8, I can barely work it. I have my character but I don’t know how to import a background. Who could atleast help me, or recommend a program that is free and can help me with 2D animation better…
You can import a file if you click ‘File’ (It’s in the upper left corner) then you click ‘Import File…’
Then just choose your picture and you can use it.
If you want to create a little show you’ll have to buy a program.
There is no really good program for free.
You should save some money for Toon Boom Animate or at least Toon Boom Studio 8…
Perhaps the manual would be a good start? Video tutorials? Learning the application is an important step towards “creating a show”…
