I am trying to download the trial version of ToonBoom studio, and all I get is a white screen. does anyone know what could be wrong?
Are you getting a white screen before you download, or after you download? Are you able to click on the link? Does a window pop up that gives you a choice to save the file? Do you get the white screen when you double-click on the installer, after it has downloaded?
If you can, posting a screen capture might help.
