Hi!
I’d like to ask you which one of the toonboom softwares is useful to me.
I use traditional tools for drawing frame by frame animations. I want a software which with I can import my scanned drawings (transparent .PNG files)
and make animations.
Please help me cause no matter how much I google and wiki my question, I can’t find the answer.

I think that you can import your draws to toon boom studio, or tb animator. You put them in individual frames and just play the animation.
You can vectorize them with quality.
