WHICH OF THESE IS H.264?

I’m using “Toon Boom Harmony Premium”. To render, my professor wants me to go to “Movie Options” and change it to “H.264” but I dont see an option called like that.

In the Node View open the Write-Node”s Layer Properties.
Check Movie. Click on Customize.
From the Movie Settings window click Settings.
From the Standard Video Compression Type dropdown: Choose H.264.
Check Key Frames - All - Click OK.
Close the Write Node’s Layer Properties.

In Harmony. go to File - Export - Movie.
Choose your Output Files Destination - Export Range - Click OK.
