where is the License key located at?

I bought a copy of ToonBoom yesterday. I tried installing it, and at the User information screen it says “License Key not valid”.
Do you know where this key is located at?
Is it the one on top of the Barcode?

Hi,

If you bought the software directly from us the license key should be located in the My Account section of the website under My Products. If you bought it from a reseller the key should be on a cardboard inside of the package. You will need to register the key on the cardboard to generate the actual key of the software (the one on the cardboard is a registration code to generate the license key).

If you do not have that code please contact our support department and provide them a proof of purchase along with the description of the situation.
