I am working in toon boom harmony advanced using windows 10.
i am using the Monthly Desktop Subscription student version of toon boom harmony advanced and i have made no windows updates prior to this issue. the software was working fine 2 days ago.
when i open the software and start a new scene or open a saved file, the whole program opens up …BLANK
there is nothing, no timeline, no tool bar no nothing. when i go into windows to select and open these features, it wont allow me to select them.
have i disabled something with out knowing? i have re installed toon boom and tried repairing it, is this a bug?
i have renewed my subscription and reinstalled toon boom twice.
please help
