Viking Village concept sketch

What is the actual idea of the story?

The first Story Arc has the village invaded by a Barbarian Horde while the Viking men are off on a Voyage. Eric becomes allies with a young group of Eskimos whom he’s hated all his life in order to save there loved ones.
what did you do the sketch in?
I did it in Photoshop, Using Nagel33 Brushes. They are the best brushes for sketching.
I usually sketch in Sketchbook Pro though but not for this one.
So it is meant to be a comedy or is it serious?
