What is the option that preserve the BG image when moving it back Z-axis?

i tried to find the tutorial that show how to preserve the background size when ew move it ack futher in the z-axis. But i forgot what htat call?

In the Tools Toolbar Maintain Size Keeps the visual scale in the Camera view as you move elements in the Z-axis in the Top or Side views.
