what are good settings for youtube?

Whenever I upload to YouTube!, it complains about the location of the index.



I have the following for video:
- Compression: H.264
- Quality: High
- Frame Rate: 30
- Encoding Mode: multi-pass
- Key Frames: All
- Data Rate: Automatic

And for sound:
- Format: Uncompressed
- Sample Rate: 44.1 kHz
- Sample Size: 16
- Channels: 2

Also, Prepare For Internet Streaming is checked and Fast Start is selected.

Can you try to use the MPEG-4 Video codec instead ?
