What about the new Wacom mobile products and Toon Boom professional tools?

Will offer Toon Boom mobile applications that exploit the new features of Wacom mobile products, Cintiq Companion, Cintiq Companion Hybrid and Intuos Creative Stylus, and could be compatible with the desktop tools?

The Cintiq Companion is actually more like a tablet-PC. This is a tablet that runs full Windows 8. Because of this, it will run Toon Boom Pro products, and is a great tool.

The Cintiq Companion Hybrid can be used in one of two ways. It can either be plugged into a computer, and used like a Cintiq. In this case, then you just have to have a computer with Windows or Mac installed, and then you can use our desktop applications. Then when you disconnect the Cintiq, it becomes a standalone Android tablet.

In terms of Pro products on iOS or Android, those platforms are somewhat limited in what we can do. We have a roadmap here for how we want to bring some functionality to those kinds of devices, however most likely you’re only ever going to be able to run the full application on a device that has the right hardware and runs a full OS.

We do of course have a consumer offering on Android and iOS, for game-like animation software for kids to have fun with.
