So… I’ve been working with this issue for months, and it’s driving me crazy.
For some reason, there is a delay whenever the pen is used on the tablet causing the first part of every stroke to be a straight line, even if i was doing a curve.
I’ve tried reinstalling the program and the tablet drivers, but nothing seems to work. Also, the tablet doesnt show this problem with any other program (photoshop runs just fine).
I use an intuos pen and touch tablet and TB harmony stage 10.3.

Problems with the newer Wacom drivers have been fixed in the latest
patch release of Storyboard Pro V6 and Harmony 15 (and 16).
For older versions of the software use this older Wacom driver:

I would like you to try the following;
Can you please confirm the resolution of the Desktop and Cintiq? Is your desktop resolution is higher than HDTV (1920 x 1080)?
Right click on Toon Boom Storyboard Pro and choose Properties>Compatibility tab> and check "Disable Display scaling on high DPI settings. Try double click again to run it.
If it still does not work, try check and change the default fonts size to 100% as below. This requires rebooting your system to apply changes.
One last step, can you try the following and see if you can bypass this issue.
- Remove the Wacom drivers
- Unplug the tablet from the USB ports
- Restart the machine
- Download Wacom Drivers at https://fileshare.toonboom.com/wl/?id=YnaS31OtFbZpc8WOiXXutgODEcQCpMtp
- Plug your Wacom and install the drivers
