Wacom Cintiq 22 Pen Cursor slighty off in Harmony Premium 14

I’m running Windows 10 Pro, Cintiq 22 with dual 4K LG Monitors. Apparently, I have to turn one monitor off when using Harmony Premium 14. My pen in the cursor does not register in the center but to the top of the cursor when using the brush or pencil tool. I do not have this issue using Adobe Animate or Sketchbook Pro so I know this is a Harmony issue. Is this a 14 issue? How can I fix this? This is quite frustrating. I’ve have tried recalibrating my Cintiq several times. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Why is there a conflict when I run both monitors? If I have both monitors on my calibration is way off. Like I said I don’t have this issue in Sketchbook Pro or Adobe products.
Thanks
Andrew
