So I’ve been using Toon Boom Harmony Essentials for not even two days now and my Wacom Bamboo Tablet has worked fine until just a few hours ago. It was working fine and I stopped animating and closed down Toon Boom, but the next time I opened the program, the tablet wouldn’t work. The cursor wouldn’t move as long as Toon Boom was the only window open. And the weirdest thing is that it works in literally everything else, but not in Toon Boom. I’ve been looking through the boards a little for a solution to my problem, but haven’t found anything that seems to be like the issue I’m having currently. Could someone please help me with this?
Try Googling how to track down and delete the driver from your system. Download and install the latest driver. See what happens.
Also stop all tablet services in the Task Manager before uninstalling the
tablet driver and tablet preference files. Then re-install the tablet driver
and reboot.
