VERY URGENT. NO LICENSE IN MY ACCOUNT.

I HAVE A VERY TIGHT DEADLINE. SUDDENLY MY PERPETUAL ACCOUNT ISN’T ACTIVATED. IT SAYS I DON’T HAVE A LICENSE IN MY ACCOUNT. THIS HAPPENED ALL OF A SUDDEN.

Same problem! Is there any answer on this?
