Vectorizing Image, but all black

Has anyone run into this problem?

If so, I might have done something wrong. I have vectorized drawings in any drawing software before. Yet, at this point, it’s this black image with these weird shapes. And I’m certain that that’s not normal. I’m sure if there is an answer you can provide, I’ll try and get it fixed.

Always try vectorizing with the defaults first, then play around and refine the settings.
This happens to me if the threshold (%) is number is low/small depending on the imported image.
