I downloaded my licensed Premium Harmony on my Windows PC and no matter what I do, I cant open it, it only shows the logo screen and it just freezes and when i click on it multiple times, it just says it wont respond and i had to shut it down, ive tried waiting for it to respond as well: doesnt work. Tried updating my PC: doesnt work. Uinstalled and Reinstalled the app again: didnt work
What is going on? What am I doing wrong
Please help me I need this for my projects!!
