I just bought and installed an XP PEN cintiq, but when I use harmony, the brush or the pencil tool either doesn’t register, or the mark disappears after I change frames. Anyone can help?
As you might know, Toon Boom only supports Wacom hardware. People do seem to have some success with other brands besides Wacom. The makers probably only test them on Photoshop and other drawing software, but there’s a number of issues with drivers for instance that affect Harmony but not Photoshop.
Hopefully someone using that hardware can give you some insight on how to make it work properly.
