Upgrade Win 8 to Win 8.1, now can't activate

I just upgraded from Win 8 to Win 8.1. I did not deactivate my TBS license first. Now when I start TBS it asks me to activate, I enter my key, and it says my activation limit is exceeded. I think it’s because the Win 8.1 update reinstalled my apps, at least there was a message saying it was doing that.

I’ve tried to deactivate using the License wizard but that doesn’t work. I’ve tried to activate and also to deactivate from my Mac, can’t do either.

Is there any way I can contact Toon Boom for support on this? I don’t see anything on the web site such as email, chat, phone number, etc.
