I have Toon Boom Studio Educational version since i got it at a camp. Now I would like to upgrade to Toon Boom Harmony But when i mouse over upgrade it just shows a circle with a red line. Can You not upgrade the educational version? What do I do?!
It has been a long time since I had an educational version of any software but I am recalling now that at least what I owned (3D Studio Max) stipulated that there was no option to upgrade. If the software went through an upgrade and you wanted an educational version you had to purchase another educational license for the latest version and there was no option to upgrade from educational to commercial version. I have not seen the terms and conditions for Toon Boom education version software. Perhaps it has a similar condition.
