When I try activate upgrade from Animate1 to Animate2 I recived this error message:

I have no idea what I’m doing wrong…

Have you installed Animate 2 with admin accout?
Also are you using any language other than English (Ex. Cyrillic)?/ If so, try changing the default language to English. And then trash current version of Animate 2 from Application folder and reinstall by drag and drop with admin account.
If this still does not work, contact support again.

The problem was the default language different than English. But whether there is a chance that I might have a system in my own language? (When I change the language settings to the previous, Animate is still not working)
