click on the icon and get an error message saying unable to find valid license for application. Then will launch the activation wizard.
I click on "I own Harmony Essentials and I want to install it on this Computer.
I type in my email and password and it get a warning message saying “There is no license for Harmony Essentials in your account.” Which makes no sense. I have it. Am I doing something wrong?
Edit- Activation was listed in two spots so had to clear one so its works now.

It might be an issue with the license registration or account verification. As the issue with updating from version 12.2 to 14.0, it is recommend to check all system requirement for the new version are met.
