Unfortunately this crash doesn’t give us much information for us to try to reproduce this. Can you give me the following info:

- What operating system are you on?
- What graphics card do you have on your machine?
- What were you doing before the crash? You mention renaming a texture - did you rename the texture in the Colour Palette view? Was it a texture file and not a regular colour pot?
- Are you able to do this again, or just happened the one time?
- Does this happen with other scene files, or only on that scene file?
