Unabled to sign in

I bought harmony essentials and tried to activate it but an error sign keeps popping up saying “Unable to sign in to your Toon Boom account. There was an error retrieving licenses from the licenses from the license server. Host not found (3).” Is there anyway to fixes it?

I am getting the exact same response. I have been on to support and they used remote viewing to try and help but with no luck. It’s as though something is blocking it…did you get it resoved?

I would send a support request and wait until their business hours for a response.

They probably have a few scenarios to investigate with cases like this.

Do you still have some time left to run it in trial mode until they have a chance to respond?
