Unable to save: templates.tbc.net not valid Toon Boom studio file

I just installed Toon Boom Studio 5.0 on a brand new MacBook Pro. When I attempt to save a file, I get: Toon Boom Templates.tbc.new is not a valid Toon Boom Studio File. I’ve tried everthing in the knowledge base and nothing has worked.

Hi,It might have something to do with the permissions set you have on your machine. Try to log with an administrator account and afterward try to Restore Default Library and see if you get better results.Regards,Ugo

Just curious if this solved your problem. I also just recently purchased and installed TBS on a fairly new mac with a few small problems and crashes. I haven’t had this problem but am curious how you’re getting on.
