Unable to login into my account online

I’m having an issue of being unable to login onto toonboom.com. Repeatedly receiving “server error 500”. Have tried to reach out at desk@toonboom.com but still have not received any response. Does anyone know how to solve this issue?

If you added security questions to your local account to help you reset your password, select Reset password on the sign-in screen.
