Unable to export video in anything other than 24 fps

Hi everybody! Somewhat of a new user here, just finished my first animation using Toon Boom Animate 2. My issue is that my animation was created with the intention of it running at 12 fps, but every time I export it, it runs at 24 fps and looks way too jerky and fast.

I’ve gone into the export settings and manually selected 12 fps, both for the frame rate and the key frame rate, but no matter what it keeps exporting at 24 fps. I’m sure it’s a simple key element that I’m forgetting but can someone help me figure out what that is? I’m getting really frustrated because I’m excited to show this animation to friends and family, and the frame rate is the only thing holding me back.

Thanks in advance!

Make sure your Animation Project is created in your preferred resolution and frame-rate…

From the “ Welcome to Toon Boom Animate 2” window create a new Project Preset…
(click the little “+” icon) Apply your preferred settings…

Open your Animation Project…
Go to Scene / Scene Settings… / Select your just created Project Preset settings…
Click OK…
Go to File / Export / Movie…

Terrific, I will give this a try as soon as I get home. Thank you so much! I’ll post an update to see if it worked!

EDIT: Worked like a charm, thanks again for your help!
