I’m working on a character with pigtails sticking out from the top of her head, with the layers for those being attached to the character’s head layer so they move accordingly when the head moves or rotates. However, one of the pigtails is supposed to be viewed in front of the head, but using the Arrange option in the Drawing drop-down menu isn’t working, even when I select Bring to Front. Are there any possible factors contributing to this that I can address? I’ve included a picture of my setup for reference.
The image is too small for me to read the hierarchy but you can adjust the Z-axis when the other options are unsatisfactory.
