Does anyone know how to this.
I had this idea of drawing floor plans flipping them onto the floor and using them as perspective guides for my drawings. However I can’t figure how to turn it back to 2D.
Could also potentially be very useful for effects too. You could animate the matte in 3D then flatten it into 2D and use it as the matte.
i’m not sure i follow about not being able to turn back into 2d, but maybe you could export an image or take a screenshot once you have the perspective of the floor plan as you want it?
You could just export out an image sequence with a transparent background - so choose something like TGA4 or PNG4 - then import back in.
