I recently moved to a new computer without deactivating the license from my old computer. What can I do to get my license on my new computer?
Just install it as though it was never installed before. You are supposed to “return” the license on the one then reactivate it on another but you are allowed to install the software a few times without following this procedure for cases where the computer dies or there is some other difficulty. If you ever use up these allowances Toon Boom will have to help you with it in the future.
It wouldn’t let me do that actually when my SSD died, i had to email the toonboom people and then they manually de-activated the dead drives activation and then i was able to activate normally.
