Trial Version - Transparent Workspace

I wanted to give the 21 Version on my Mac OS 10.14 Mojave a try and somehow things just seem wrong. It takes about 20min to start up the software and once I’m in a new Project I see a transparent workspace. No brush strokes or objects can be placed in there. Seems bugged somehow.

Not sure if it’s because of my settings or the OS. Currently trying out different things but nothing seems to work.

Thanks for helping out!

Charlie Brown is part of the wallpaper btw.

What Mac do you own (Model/Year)?

Mojave 10.14
MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015)
Processor 2.2 GHz Intel Core i7
Memory 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

And Mojave is updated to 10.4.6? Your Mac specs are good, does it have a discreet GPU (Video Card) or is it Intel only? The Harmony load time is also weird.

I’ve only seen this issue posted once before (transparent drawing area), it was on a Macbook 2012.

Sorry I can’t think of anything else in your case. Try contacting support and see what they say.

Yeah the GPU should be the standard one. The support is having a holiday brake till the 5th. In the meantime I could try to update to 10.4.6. I’m currently still on 10.4. Thanks for the help!

No problem @pleasehelpme!
