Trial version not working?

I just installed the trial version of Toon Boom Storyboard Pro and it allows me to create a new project, but when it opens, it won’t allow me to click on anything.
Nothing is working.
When I hover the mouse over the buttons, they light up, but it won’t let me actually click on anything. I can’t select ‘File’ either.

Closing out and restarting hasn’t fixed the issue.

Does anyone know what could be causing this?

Well, this is not Storyboard Pro forum but it looks like the installation was never completed.
If you are using Mac, you need to make sure dragging and dropping Storyboard Pro to Application folder after unmounting the installer. Also, make sure the hardware specs you have is supported by Storyboard Pro. If this is not an issue, you better contact Toon Boom support.
