Trial License - There is no license for Harmony Premium in your account.

I downloaded Harmony 20 Premium in the main account. In the License Wizard, I entered credentials and signed in then I this error message is shown.

Recently, I created a Toon Boom account using my other email. Activated it and the trial license as well then I realize I should be using my school’s email instead. Did I have this error because I still have a 21-day trial running on my computer thus cannot activated another using another account? Or this is a complete new problem?

I highly recommend reaching out to our licensing team at as soon as you can so they can help troubleshoot this issue with you. Licensing help such as this usually requires special tools that only they have access to.
