I downloaded Harmony 20 Premium in the main account. In the License Wizard, I entered credentials and signed in then I this error message is shown.
Recently, I created a Toon Boom account using my other email. Activated it and the trial license as well then I realize I should be using my school’s email instead. Did I have this error because I still have a 21-day trial running on my computer thus cannot activated another using another account? Or this is a complete new problem?

I highly recommend reaching out to our licensing team at desk@toonboom.com as soon as you can so they can help troubleshoot this issue with you. Licensing help such as this usually requires special tools that only they have access to.
