Transparency looks weird

Does anyone know how to make a transparency node effect the entire character build without it looking so weird? Every time I use a transparency node on the full cut out character builds you see the layers beneath and I can’t seem to figure out how to fix this. It looks that way in both open GL and render views.

Take your character and add a composite at last line, but make sure it’s set to BITMAP and not pass through (by doing this you’re compositing your character into one part). Then add a transparency under that bitmap composite node and you’ll have a transparent character without see through rig parts.
