I move the pivot point of an object to another location.how do i translate that object to the new position of pivot point (to let the pivot point locate at the center of the object) ? Another question: how do you locate an object at the origin of the grid?
If you move the pivot point with the pivot tool, then you can use your select tool (easier to do this in the Drawing view) to move it to the right place. The select tool will move the drawing strokes.
To move it to the origin, go to the drawing view, put on your drawing grid, then drag the object to the centre with your select tool.
