Transform Tool Problem

Im new to toon boom animate and I’ve come across a problem. I want to move my characters body parts, I highlight the area with the transform tool, and when i try to move it, the lasso tool happens. What am i doing wrong?

Hi,

Make sure you are in the camera view if you want to use the transform tool.
