"Transform Again" tool in Storyboard Pro

Hi, I’m looking for something akin to Photoshop’s “transform again” command, but in Storyboard Pro.

I need to scale down a character 10% or so, but the background he’s on, and the other characters in the scene, need to remain the same size, so using the camera tool isn’t an option.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

There is no “transform again” feature but you can also use the first/last frame transform tool to re-size an entire layer.
