Hi,
I received a link with instructions from a Toon Boom support technician, to enable me to transfer this software from Windows 8.1 Pro to Microsoft surface Pro with Windows 10 Pro. However, when I logged into my account I did not see the tabs and links talked about in the instructions. 
Can anyone help?
