Can I use Toonboom Templates backgrounds, props, sounds, characters etc ( such as those downloaded here http://www.toonboom.com/support/tbs/templates/?tba_campaign=31 )
in my professional work or are there copyright issues? I have a big project I need to do fast and it sure would help.
A related question for anyone who does TV projects: Do tv networks’ legal departments ever object to animation that uses public domain images? I know my editorial/creative bosses won’'t have a problem with it in this instance.
