I have a young animation student who would love to use “ToonBoom Studio” as it is so simple to use and doesn’t have all the bells and whistles that she doesn’t need for her personal home project use.
She has actually suggested she can get “Open Toonz” for free but I have no experience of that software unfortunately. I can help her with “ToonBoom Studio”… hence my trying to find out if I can somehow get a copy for her.
Needless to say, any advice you have would be most valuable.
Toon Boom Studio is no longer supported or sold by Toon Boom. Maybe she can consider the Essentials version of Harmony. In any case, if she’s a student she can get any version of Harmony at the special discounted price for students. For a student project a monthly subscription might be a good option.
