Toonboom Storyboard Trial cannot open on Mac

I just installed the Toonboom Storyboard Trial on my Macbook Pro. Although the installation went fine without any errors, I cannot seem to open the application. It ‘quits unexpectedly’ as soon as I click on ‘Try’.

Any solutions to this problem?

Can you ell me the exact version of Storyboard you are trying to run ?
Also, I need to know which OS X version you are using.
