Toonboom Storyboard Pro 5.5 not acknoweldging stylus taps out of the drawing area

Hello,

I’ve suddenly started having this issue with Toonboom Storyboard Pro 5.5:
While using my Cintiq stylus, the software does not detect it when I’m tapping on
the toolbars around the drawing area (when trying to switch tools or pushing play for example).

I always need to switch the stylus with my mouse to actually get it to acknoweldge my actions.

I have made sure my tablet is calibrated and it works flawlessly on every other software.

Graphic card (driver up to date):
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980M

Laptop screen resolution:
1920 x 1080

Wacom Tablet model (up to date driver):
Cintiq 22HD
