No matter what I do, re-install, re-activate, try 12 instead of Harmony 14, I can’t get past the create a scene screen without Harmony crashing. This did not used to be a problem, it used to work fine on this computer when I used it months ago, and I don’t know what’s going on. I’m on a Windows pc 64 bit system with 16gb ram with an NVIDIA Quadro 4000 graphics card. I included the error message it gives me/ crash details. Please help?

It’s due to a windows update, it broke harmony. You have to roll it back. I’m unsure which update it is however.
I ended up solving it by uninstalling my redundant Intel Display Driver. Intel’s Open CL SDK clang_compiler.dll driver was causing the error. I was at my wit’s end trying to figure this out but that worked for me. Back to animating, hooray!

Funny since I’ve only had the crashes recently, but haven’t updated my windows 8.1 for 2 months.
