Toon Boom Support unresponsive

I’ve had a number of issues with Toon Boom Storyboard over the past week. I have the big support plan.
I’ve posted concerns and submitted them to Toon Boom. Many days have past and I have heard nothing.

Is Toon Boom still a functioning company?

Specifically, my concern is Storyboard does not seem to play nice with Wacom Pen drivers. In fact, drawing with a Wacom enabled device is a disaster on Storyboard Pro.

This is the sub-forum for TB Studio, a discontinued product. That may be an explanation as to why this post has been overlooked.

Toon Boom as a company is still around. What method have you tried to contact Support?
