I have “automatically check for updates” checked in my app, and I keep getting message saying that there are updates available. However, when I follow the link and login to my account, there are no downloads available. Moreover, it says that I do not have a product registered.
When I manually check for updates, I encounter the same problem.
This is very concerning. I paid good money for this app, and I want the latest patches applied to insure stability and security.
Please advise. Thank you.
