Toon Boom Studio 8.1 License Wizard not responding

Hey everyone, so the problem I am having is when I run ToonBoom, it asks permission to run the “License Wizard” and then proceeds to do nothing…

I am running 64-bit Windows 7…

Is there any fix for this? I’m getting frustrated…

Make sure that you are logged-in using an Administrator user. Software should be installed using an Administrator user and also licensed using the Administrator user account because license registration info is written to a location on your computer that only the administrator user has the rights to modify.

If you have not, open a Support ticket.

You could try registering the software in your profile here and re-downloading the software from the link in your account. Something may get around that wall stumping the installation.
